PROCEDURE OF RETRACTATION

According to the article L.121-16 of the Code of the consumption, the buyer, the not professional natural person, benefits from a cooling-off period of seven ( 7 ) working days as from the date of delivery of its order, during which a right of return, at its expenses for exchange or refund of articles is applicable.
The goods must be returned whole and complete in their original packing without any other deterioration that those strictly necessary for the opening of the packaging.
Articles must be returned by registered mail, or by any other means giving certain date. Expenses and risks of return stay chargeable to the customer.
